My work is rooted in my commitment to human rights, feminism, and advocacy.  Themes of life, hardships, and activism guide each of my projects, with attempts to evoke deeper ways of questioning our realities. My personal experiences as a woman inform each piece I create, allowing my work to reflect the complexities of life and the intricacies of femininity. I believe that meaningful work is fueled not only by reflection and life experiences but also by the frustrations and challenges that come with the pursuit of justice.
Through my art, I strive to provoke thought and empathy, inviting viewers to engage with the realities of women's struggles and triumphs. Experimenting with mixed media allows me to use different materials depending on what feelings and themes I need to evoke in each specific piece. I believe all art is useful and meaningful, as everything is subjective; However I feel obligated to make art with a perspective of advocacy- without this kind of art, I’m not sure our society would change or further develop.
